Genuine people, always willing to help a customer out. Never have had any issues with arranging an early /late pick up.

Huge queues in the afternoon and parking is sparse and a pain. Why this one still exists and has parcels redirected when Geebung Business Centre exists is beyond me.

In the end I offered to email it to them and so then she could print it out and have a paper copy. So she signed me off after printing it. Even at the end they could not be convinced that they had just wasted 10minutes and 4 pieces of paper when she could have looked at the PDF off my original email.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to go into this Australia Post to try and redirect my mail, after being advised on the phone that I need to do it in store. I was told, in an extremely sour and rude way that I can't do what I needed to do. The assistant then made it clear that I was bothering her, and then complained to the next custormer about how her day was now ruined. In the end I decided to do my redirection online, which means I have to drive across town for a week until the redirection takes effect, but I'll gladly do so instead of dealing with to the woman behind the counter in Nundah Australia Post for any longer than I already had too. As it turns out all the assistant needed to do was provide me two forms to be filled out... but that was clearly too difficult for the sour staff of this office.

The lady I dealt with today was SO rude. I needed an identity check but recently moved house so brought photo ID and my only proof of address was an Origin electricity contract.

I had parcels to collect, however due to my work time conflict I was not able to visit the post office during their open hours. Requested them to put my parcel in parcel locker to collect it outside the hours. Voila..there it was. Steve and Kerry both are very helpful. I am sorry to read other reviewers comments regarding poor service, but I would say otherwise. I always had a pleasant experience dealing with them. Hope they keep up this good service level for everyone.

I get all my bills emailed electronically but they would not accept visualizing the contract on my phone as it wasn't 'an original'. I tried to tell them I don't have a printer, but if I printed it - that would then be a copy.

They spoke over me the whole time, refused to let me finish a sentence and honestly, need to accept that all industries are aiming to go paperless and that an original does not necessarily mean 'paper' copy.
