  Despite noting on the form I completed on my 1st visit that I didn't want to be marketed or sold to, the therapist made me wait after my treatment so she could come back in and try & sell me 3 products & another service. When I called to book my 2nd treatment I told the salon manager that I didn't want products pushed on me again, but when I saw a different lady called Orianna (who was lovely) again she had to try & sell me 2 products and another service afterward. The last thing you want after a relaxing treatment is to have to tell someone multiple times that you don't want to buy anything else, but it seems that being cross-sold to is compulsory at Endota Nundah (even when you ask twice for it not to happen). Also the head massage I had during my 1st facial really hurt (especially around the temples) and even though I asked the therapist to reduce the pressure the reduction was so minimal that it still hurt. While I know it wasn't intentional, the pain was disappointing and sort of spoiled some of the experience for me.

  My wife went here to enjoy a gift certificate from one of her clients. She got the LED treatment. Boy what a mistake. The creams they sold her afterwards reacted with her skin so badly that in the last four weeks she has been to her doctor AND a dermatologist to try and get cure the skin reaction. Lousy, rude service and made to feel like an idiot when she tried to return the chemicals they sold. If you MUST go here, avoid the chemicals and definitely avoid the manager. :(

  These ladies looked after me right before my wedding and I enjoyed the calming tea whist I waited for my appointments.
